A deposit may be required to hold certain appointments, particularly laser treatments and longer sessions. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your service. Please contact us for details specific to your treatment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding: it lets us offer that time to another client.

We are open Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Monday and Wednesday.

Most clients see their best results with 6 to 8 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. The exact number depends on your hair type, skin tone and the area treated. We assess your needs at your first appointment and create a personalized plan.

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing, plucking or threading for at least 4 weeks before. Stay out of the sun and avoid tanning products for 2 weeks before treatment, and come with clean, product-free skin.

No. Waxing, threading and plucking remove the hair root, which is what the laser targets. Shaving is the only hair removal method that is safe to use between laser appointments.

Most clients describe the sensation as a quick snap or mild warmth. It varies by area, and sensitive areas like the bikini line may feel more intense. Our laser technician takes every step to keep you comfortable.

Skin Resurfacing targets the outer layers of skin to reduce texture, fine lines, pigmentation and scarring by stimulating collagen renewal. Skin Rejuvenation (IPL Photo Facial) uses light energy to address redness, sun damage and uneven tone without removing the surface layer. The right choice depends on your skin goals, and we are happy to recommend one.

It depends on the service. Waxing can take as little as 15 to 30 minutes, while facials and laser treatments usually run 30 to 60 minutes. Body contouring may take longer. We give you an estimated time when you book.

Gift cards are non-refundable but can be used toward any service we offer. They have no expiry date, so they can be used whenever suits.
