We work to keep treatment descriptions, prices and hours accurate, but they may change without notice. The price and suitability of a treatment are confirmed with you at your consultation or booking.

Treatments and consultations
Some treatments require a consultation, a patch test or a health questionnaire first. We may decline or postpone a treatment when it is not suitable or safe for you.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Online bookings are made through our booking provider, Fresha, and are also subject to its terms. A deposit may be required for some appointments. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used toward any service we offer.
Links to other websites
This website links to other services, including Fresha for booking and Éminence Organic Skin Care for product purchases. Those websites are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or for purchases made there.
